Industrial Back Safety & Ergonomics Training

Working in industrial settings can take a serious toll on your body, especially your back. Injuries may happen suddenly or develop over time due to poor work practices, equipment use, or workspace ergonomics. These injuries are preventable through hazard awareness, proper workspace design, and understanding sources of back strain.

Risks and Effects:
Accumulated back trauma can lead to lost work, decreased productivity and safety, mood changes, and even early career resignation.

Training Focus:

  • Identify and avoid common hazards that contribute to back strain

  • Apply ergonomic principles to industrial workspaces and tasks

  • Recognize early signs and symptoms of back injury
